If you play Blooket, you have probably heard players talk about one Blook more than any other. It is called Tim the Alien, and it holds a title that almost no other Blook can claim. Only two players in the entire game own it. In this article, we will look at what Tim the Alien actually is, how it was awarded, why it is so hard to find, and whether there is any way left to get it in your own collection.
What Is Tim the Alien in Blooket
Tim the Alien is a Mystical Blook. Mystical is the highest rarity tier in Blooket, sitting above Legendary, Chroma, and Unique. Unlike most Blooks, you cannot buy Mystical Blooks from a pack with tokens. They are only given out as prizes during special Blooket events, and those events happen rarely.
Tim the Alien was the second Mystical Blook ever created. It stands out because it has the smallest number of owners of any Blook in the game.
Where Tim the Alien Came From
Tim the Alien was first given out during the Pokémon Are Cool event, often shortened to PAC by the community. This was one of the earliest times Blooket handed out a prize tied to an outside event rather than a normal in game pack.
Two players, known as okr765 and pnbw, tied for first place in that contest. Because both players finished in the same spot, Blooket awarded Tim the Alien to both of them. That is why this Blook has exactly two owners today, and it is the only Mystical Blook in Blooket history to be split between two accounts.
What Tim the Alien Looks Like
Tim the Alien is based on the UFO Blook from the Space Pack, but it is far from a simple copy. The original UFO shows a purple alien flying a spaceship. Tim the Alien changes that look in a few clear ways.
The alien inside the ship is now green and is named Tim. The spaceship uses a different color scheme, and the five yellow spheres on the original UFO design are completely removed. Below the ship, a small Cow Blook spins in place as part of the animation. This makes Tim the Alien one of the few Blooks in the game to feature two characters inside a single design, since the spinning Cow sits alongside Tim in the artwork.
Mystical Blooks are also the only rarity tier in Blooket that comes animated, which adds to why collectors treat them as such a prized catch.
Tim the Alien Stats
Here is what Tim the Alien offers if you happen to own it:
- Blook Score: 75 points
- Sell value: 1,000 tokens
- Rarity tier: Mystical, the highest in the game
- Appears in: Fishing Frenzy, as a rare catch
A Blook Score of 75 is one of the highest single boosts you can add to your collection score, which is part of why this Blook is so valued among serious players.
Why Tim the Alien Is So Rare
A few things combine to make Tim the Alien the rarest Blook in Blooket.
First, it was never placed in a pack that players could open with tokens. Second, it was only given to the winner of a single contest, and that contest is long over. Third, because two players tied for first place, the total number of copies is stuck at two forever. No other Mystical Blook shares that exact situation.
Tim the Alien does appear as a catch inside the Fishing Frenzy game mode, but the drop rate there is extremely low, sitting at around 0.05 percent. That means even players who spend hours fishing in that mode have almost no real chance of landing it.
Can You Still Get Tim the Alien Today
At this point, Tim the Alien cannot be earned through normal gameplay, token purchases, or trading. The Pokémon Are Cool event that first awarded it is finished, and Blooket has not reopened that contest since.
The only way a new copy could ever enter the game is if Blooket decided to run a future event and chose to give Tim the Alien out again as a prize. Until that happens, the two existing copies remain the only ones in the game.
If you come across anyone online claiming they can sell, trade, or unlock Tim the Alien for you, treat that claim with caution. Blooket checks Blook ownership on its own servers, so outside tools and sellers cannot actually add a Mystical Blook to your account.
Tim the Alien Compared to Other Mystical Blooks
There are only five Mystical Blooks in all of Blooket: Spooky Ghost, Tim the Alien, Phantom King, Rainbow Astronaut, and Hamsta Claus. Each one came from a different event, and every one of those events has ended.
Tim the Alien stands apart from the rest for one simple reason. It is the only Mystical Blook with just two confirmed owners, which makes it the single rarest item a player can point to in the entire game.
